I love creamy satisfying deserts. And yet, having learned that sugar is extremely toxic for our bodies as well as addictive, I gave it up several years ago despite my chocolate addiction. Recipe:
1 ripe avocado
1 bag defrosted frozen organic, strawberries or mangos or raspberries or.. you get the idea.
Optional -
add a couple TBS of raw cacao
or add 1 tsp cinnamon
or add 1 tsp vanilla extract
Blend at high speed in a blender
Scoop out and ENJOY!
