All about MINT

Mint is an important herb in Traditional Chinese Medicine for all things respiratory. The active component menthol has been proven to help increase airflow through nasal congestion as well as produces gastroprotective and anti-diarrheal activities whilst relieving indigestion and abdominal pain. Mint has also been linked to higher levels of memory retention and alertness.

Mint can be used to make tea or chopped into a salad.
