“Neck Issues and Fascia Blasting
Last year I went to the doctor because I had pain when swallowing and then an odd choking sensation, like pressure at the base of my neck like I was being strangled. The Ear Nose and Throat specialist didn’t know what was causing it. I was scoped numerous times, had a biopsy, a CT scan; Ultrasounds. Nothing was conclusive and nothing helped relieve the symptoms.
When I told Zsuzsu what was happening, she told me that my muscles around my collar bones and neck were really tight and explained how it was in relationship to my feet and posture and what I do with my shoulders. Know Me.
I grew up between India and the Middle East, in environments where spirituality wasn’t separate from daily life — it was woven into it. My childhood was shaped by people who held different faiths, different gods, and different ways of seeing the world, yet moved with mutual respect and devotion.
Alongside this, my parents — Hungarian war refugees who fled in the middle of a freezing winter night — taught me resilience, perception, and the ability to see beneath appearances.
One of my earliest influences was a Tibetan refugee who became a spiritual anchor in my life. Through her, I learned to sense the emotional and energetic architecture inside people — long before I had language for it. Perceiving the internal world of others was simply normal for me.
From the age of 13, I became fascinated with what creates health, happiness, and inner coherence. By 16, I was already studying health, wellness, and human experience through both science and intuition — blending research with perception. That never stopped. My life has been one long, continuous inquiry into human well-being and emotional truth.
After studying in Paris, I moved to the United States and eventually immersed myself in the world of horses. What started as a passion became a devotion. Horses sharpened my intuitive gifts, deepened my attunement, and trained me to perceive subtle emotional patterns with extraordinary clarity.
My clients have often called me a “horse whisperer” or a “magic good witch”, but what I actually do is perceive the architecture beneath behavior — a skill that ultimately transferred into my work with the people I mentor.
My curiosity has shaped everything: health, wellness, spirituality, trauma recovery, chronic illness, emotional architecture, and human potential. Healing my own diagnosed Chronic Lyme was one of the most empowering chapters of my life — and even reversing xanthelasmas naturally became an exploration of what the body reveals when we listen.
I am forever grateful for the horses who refined my perception, taught me precision without force, and ushered me into my true Purpose — to help people see what has been shaping their internal world from the inside out.
Their clarity became my clarity.
Their attunement became my attunement.
